    AWS/CES is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter
    Location: Wynwood, Miami
    Position Type: In-office
    Salary: $45,000 per year plus benefits

    Must have 2+ years of recruiting experience

    We are currently seeking a talented Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Wynwood, Miami. This is an in-office position offering a competitive salary of $45,000 per year plus benefits.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions.
    • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
    • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
    • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records.
    • Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
    • Collaborate with HR team to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

    Requirements:

    • Fluent in English and Spanish (both verbal and written).
    • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in using recruitment software and MS Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
