    Position Type:

    In-officeSalary: $45,000 per year plus benefitsMust have 2+ years of recruiting experienceWe are currently seeking a talented Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Wynwood, Miami.

    This is an in-office position offering a competitive salary of $45,000 per year plus benefits.


    Responsibilities:
    Conduct full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions.
    Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
    Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
    Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
    Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment records.
    Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
    Collaborate with HR team to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
    Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.


    Requirements:
    Fluent in English and Spanish (both verbal and written).Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    Proficient in using recruitment software and MS Office Suite.
    Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
