- Proactively serve as a point of contact to global operations providing appropriate advice for claim reporting, budget, premium allocations, COIs management, and general insurance questions.
- Prepare Insurance Premium Projections for global budgets and forecasts.
- ssist with global broker engagement and US claims management providers.
- Coordinate and collect needed exposure data from all affiliates for insurance renewals, and budget allocations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of insurance coverages and methods of allocation for each line of coverage to accurately distribute and clarify budget and premiums allocations to affiliates.
- nalyze "Insurance Requirements" in various agreements and contracts, including Procurement, and Services and confirm compliance.
- Coordinate with M&A team during acquistions
- ttend and coordinate property site inspections with insurance representatives and site personnel.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of core insurance coverage forms and principles.
- Initiate projects with brokers/carriers that will reduce risk and/or reduce premiums.
- Excellent PC skills - emphasis on MS Office Excel (medium to advanced level).
- Understanding of insurance and risk management concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with problem solving abilities.

Position Summary
The position will lead all corporate insurance related matters, responsible for administrative activities and assist with corporate strategy. This includes insurance and risk management for global operating sites; insurance renewals, claims, contract reviews, budget/forecast variance analysis, as well as any project that requires corporate insurance assistance. This role will report to the VP of Compliance
