Job Summary
The Compliance Specialist is responsible for administrative support of the Compliance Department by completing Contractor Enrollment, personnel file maintenance, and document reviews.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manages enrollment process and assists with completion of electronic enrollment through WorkMarket software.
- Communicates important Contractor information during enrollment (i.e 1099 Contractor Model, communication expectations, and continuation of contract information, etc.).
- Works with Director of Compliance & Recruiting to ensure all Contractor records are compliant with agency, state, and federal rules and regulations.
- Works with Director of Compliance & Recruiting to ensure all Contractor certifications are active and current.
- Manages Contractor reenrollments according to company policy.
- Manages and maintains all Contractor training requirements at time of enrollment and continuing education requirements.

Job Requirements
High School Diploma
Bi-Lingual preferred
2 years back-office experience required
2 years Compliance/HR experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to develop effective and collaborative relationships

$17 - $20 / hour
