Job Summary

The Compliance Specialist is responsible for administrative support of the Compliance Department by completing Contractor Enrollment, personnel file maintenance, and document reviews.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manages enrollment process and assists with completion of electronic enrollment through WorkMarket software.
Communicates important Contractor information during enrollment (i.e 1099 Contractor Model, communication expectations, and continuation of contract information, etc.).
Works with Director of Compliance & Recruiting to ensure all Contractor records are compliant with agency, state, and federal rules and regulations.
Works with Director of Compliance & Recruiting to ensure all Contractor certifications are active and current.
Manages Contractor reenrollments according to company policy.
Manages and maintains all Contractor training requirements at time of enrollment and continuing education requirements.

Job Requirements
High School Diploma

Bi-Lingual preferred

2 years back-office experience required

2 years Compliance/HR experience preferred

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

Demonstrated ability to develop effective and collaborative relationships
