Located in the vibrant city of New York, Empire Portfolio Group is a prominent Area Representative and franchisee of Orangetheory Fitness. The organization manages and supports 140+ Orangetheory Fitness studios across various states.
Join Our Team:
We are in search of a Sales Manager responsible for new member acquisitions and enhancing member satisfaction. This individual contacts new leads promptly, schedules introductory sessions, and provides exceptional service to both new and existing members. The ideal candidate for this role is tenacious in sales, driven by objectives, and full of energy. They excel in lead generation and implementing marketing tactics to accomplish performance targets. They exhibit confidence, dependability, and problem-solving skills.
Role
Responsibilities:
- Focus on lead outreach, conversion, and generation
- Welcome all visitors with enthusiasm and knowledge
- Conduct facility tours
- Promote memberships to support studio growth
- Follow up with potential members
- Address member concerns professionally and seek resolutions
- Engage in marketing and outreach efforts
- Collaborate with the manager to meet monthly KPIs
- Assist the Operations Manager in facility maintenance tasks
Desired Qualities:
- Proficiency in sales and communication
- Attention to detail and ability to build rapport with prospective and current members
- Ability to multitask with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to independently handle various tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer experience
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a fitness environment
Physical Demands:
The physical demands for the role can vary and should be discussed with management. In general, activities may include lifting weights, sitting, standing, stooping, walking, stretching, and reaching.
