- 5+ years of experience in construction industry project management.
- High school or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft suites.
- Valid Driver's license with a good driving record.
- Professional and personable demeanor capable of maintaining constructive relationships.
- Demonstrates the highest standards of personal and professional integrity, adheres to the company's policies and procedures, and complies with applicable laws, government rules, and regulations.

- Construction planning (cost, communication, schedule, safety, quality, estimating, contracts)
- Developing, communicating, and scheduling with clients, employees, subcontractors, design professionals, vendors, etc. to ensure a timely and economical plan of action
- Confirm that all timecards are approved
- Carry out daily/weekly checks on the projects to ensure they are running smoothly and meeting the specific goals as well as ensuring quality workmanship
- Reduce and track open/closed issues to completion
- Responsible for supporting, promoting, and enforcing all field training programs

Ideate Design-Build is based in Vista, North County San Diego with architectural and construction projects in San Diego, Orange County and Riverside County.
We hold licenses in both architecture and construction primarily providing construction defect services, balcony inspections and reports, property assessment and scope definitions, reconstruction, renovations, tenant improvements and other technical consulting services.
We are currently looking to grow our team and fill an open position for a Project Manager.
As a Project Manager, you will assist with the management of the day-to-day operations of the contracted and active construction activities.
