Job DescriptionCompany specialized in the manufacture, distribution and installation of accessories for property improvements (windows, doors, facades, etc.) is hiring a "CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK"

LOCATION:
Deerfield Beach, FL

ACTIVITIES:

Handling customer phone calls, email and other forms of communication
Knowledge of the products being sold, their associated benefits, rewards & rates, and product details
In charge of the coordination of deliveries and receipts of containers
Generate and process sales orders, quotes, services or other business requested information
Documentation of customer activities, progress, and service issues
Resolving customer complaints

QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate degree in Business Administration or Office System.
Proven experience in customer service (+2 years)
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Fully Bilingual: English & Spanish.

SPANISH IS A MUST

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literacy and ability to learn new software platforms
May be required to travel in support of sales, training, and service management.
