    We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist with corporate experience to join our client's team. This is a 3-month long, full-time (40 hours/week) assignment, with the possibility of being extended. This opportunity is an onsite position located in Midtown Manhattan.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and assist onsite guests
    • Answer inbound telephone calls
    • Plan and schedule appointments and events
    • Set up conference rooms and seat guests for meetings
    • Develop and implement organized filing systems
    • Other responsibilities as needed

    Qualifications:

    • Must have experience in a corporate office environment
    • Experience assisting and interacting with high profile clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • ​Strong organizational skills
