Hours: 9:00am to
6:00pm with availability to work overtime when asked.

Responsibilities:


The Receptionist is responsible for providing white glove service when booking and managing conference rooms, hospitality services such as ordering and receiving catering and other administrative duties:

  • Answering a high volume of calls for a real estate property management company
  • Directing residents and vendors calls to property managers and Accounting, directing city/state agencies calls to compliance and other officers
  • Managing the office's meeting calendar and coordinating meeting setup/cleanup including coordinating/receiving catering ondemand
  • Meet & greet guest and others to the office
  • Assist other areas with admin activities, mailings and database updating
  • Professional and friendly customer service; verbal and written interaction with internal and external clients
  • Meeting and conference services
  • Mailroom services, shipping and receiving, light facilities services including vendor management
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines; take direction from supervisor
  • Participate in crosstraining
  • Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
  • Adhere to all safety procedures; perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; authorization to work for any employer in the US required
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required and may be tested
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; willingness to crosstrain for other job functions
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs on occasion
