- Provide Talent Acquisition leadership, strategic and operational to a direct team of recruiting professionals and indirect team of field personnel to ensure the organization's staffing needs are met
- Develop strategic partnerships and relationships with Senior Business and Executives Leaders, HR and Operations Leaders to develop and deliver talent initiatives which deliver top talent to Genesis.
- Act as a subject matter expert by bring forth best practice ideas in support of on-going enhancements to Talent Acquisition's processes and systems
- Leverage broad functional knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, personal networking, best practices and company policies and procedures to influence and address a wide range of enterprise level issues
- Provide leadership to the company-wide effort , Candidate Experience designed to create a more engaging Talent Acquisition culture which leads to Genesis being recognized as a great place to work from the external community and internally builds shared vision and increases team collaboration
- Drive a staff culture of customer service and continuous improvement for better overall results in efficiency and cost reduction
- Implement progressive recruitment strategies which result in better hires, increased engagement and retention.
- Demonstrates care and compassion to ensure that all internal and external customers consistently receive the highest quality of service.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr.
Director will provide thought leadership to Genesis Rehab Services on all talent acquisition issues by building an intimate understanding of business needs and developing and implementing cost-effective and innovative staffing strategies to meet these needs.
This position directs day-to-day staffing operations; including management of recruitment directors(s) to ensure the full complement of end-to-end recruiting services are utilized to the total satisfaction of each client.

1. Degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 2.
