Discovery Talent Acquisition team As a member of the Operations team within Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and providing operational excellence to a global team of Recruiters and Sourcers.
You will report to the Lead, Talent Acquisition Operations.Your Role AccountabilitiesSupporting multiple Recruiters and Sourcers in coordinating hiring team interviews and debrief sessions. Interviews may include phone, video and on-site meetings, complex multilayered scheduling, and the facilitation of travel arrangements.
Being an ambassador to the candidate experience The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage all logistics for interviews, escort candidates as needed and will serve as the primary point of contact to the candidate while interviewing.
Assisting with operational requests such as posting job advertisements, the administration of legal documents, and other tasks as needed.Qualifications & ExperienceHigh school diplomaExperience multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast paced and high-volume environmentPrevious experience working collectively with a teamDemonstrable attention to detail and sense of urgencyStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in French highly preferredHow We Get Things DoneThis last bit is probably the most important Here at WBD, our guiding principles are the core values by which we operate and are central to how we get things done.
