- Coordinates candidate interviews, including scheduling with candidates and interviewers; and assist in collecting evaluation/feedback for lateral candidates.
- Maintains candidate recruiting profiles using UKG Recruiting, including entering and updating applicant information, tracking candidate status and generating reports.
- Manages open job positions on TireHub's website and other platforms.
- Collaborates with the Talent Acquisition Management team on recruiting projects, including candidate outreach, college/trade school outreach and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Manages and supports the team and the candidates through the background screening process.
- Oversees the systems onboarding of new candidates and serves as an expert and resource for the team.
- Leads communications efforts during TireHub's adjudication process.
- Participates and maintains ongoing training requirements through in-class, in person, or computer-based learning modules, as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and collaboration skills with an ability to influence others at multiple levels.
- Prior experience working with an applicant tracking system (UKG- preferred)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to support the department.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant tracking systems.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
- Most of the time is spent sitting, constantly viewing monitors in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move around. There may be occasions to move or lift light articles.
