Location: Orlando, Florida
Expected Shift and Schedule:
The current need for small parts robots is the Night shift from 3 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
Regal Boats is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team as a Robotic Operator. Robotic Operators are responsible for operating the robot for gelcoat application as well as upkeep and preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Verify Sales Orders for special options and ensure materials are on hand to complete daily production schedules.
Operators are to identify the root cause(s) of cell/robot performance.
Perform visual inspections of the Gel coat after it has been applied.
Understand and reset common robot alarms.
Conduct regular Painting equipment preventative maintenance activities and monitor the performance of equipment.
Support New Model and Engineering with project implementation and integration.
Understand the functions of FRP equipment, Air Pumps, Gauges, Valves, and Fluid systems as they relate to the Robotic Gel Coater.
Fill out daily forms for robot startup and shutdown.
Handle hazardous materials safely and follow proper safety requirements for the use of hand tools, drills, screw guns, and other equipment.
Inspects all parts after production to ensure that all parts are complete and up to quality standards. You are responsible for the quality of work you perform.
Required Qualifications
Be able to read Sales Orders and schedules.
Must have strong attention to detail. This is especially Important.
Basic Computer knowledge.
Basic Mechanical skills.
Must be able to work under time constraints and deadlines.
Work with a team to complete daily tasks.
Able to keep the work area clean and orderly.
Conversational English.
Preferred Qualifications
A High School Diploma and Technical Degree Also Acceptable.
Bilingual.
Be able to use a variety of hand tools, razor knives, screw guns, drills, ratchet, and tape measure.
Past experience operating a CNC machine.
At Least 2 years experience in Operating a Robotic Cell
Work Environment
Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature reaching over 100 degrees Fahrenheit at times. Paint Production environment.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend at the waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time. The employee must frequently be able to lift and push 50 pounds, work 10-hour days with most of the time being on your feet, and work overtime, whether planned or unplanned.
