Your responsibilities and duties:

The Central Services, Service department provides services for the Department of City Treasury.

Here, all essential central tasks such as internal debt management and cross-departmental responsibilities for other organizational units are carried out (central office for deferral, remission, and waiver, cross-departmental debt management).

The Service team handles internal booking services, internal process management, IT administration, and budget management.

Leading a team of 8 employees in accordance with the leadership guidelines of the city of Mönchengladbach
Coordinating and monitoring the team's tasks and responsibilities
