In the DACH region (Germany/Austria/Switzerland), we currently have over 100 clinics and practices. The region is characterized by a high level of dynamism and we are constantly expanding our group.

To strengthen our rapidly growing team, we are currently looking for a

Controlling Employee (m/f/d) for the DACH region,

based in Ennetsee, Switzerland at our regional office in the EKS practice.

Your responsibilities:

Development and further improvement of all controlling activities for Switzerland (50%) as well as general topics for the DACH region
Support of the CFO in the development and optimization of the financial organization
Active optimization of main costs in Switzerland such as personnel costs, product costs, or overhead costs
Support of operational colleagues through meaningful data analysis and reporting
Examination, analysis, and commentary on monthly financial figures as well as deviations from budget planning or forecast
Development and preparation of key figures and results for regular group reporting, management, and operational areas
Creation and monitoring of business plans
