- Must have at minimum 5-7 years of Automotive Fixed Operations management experience.
- 2 years of consulting or educational leadership highly preferred.
- Must be able to engage corporate and ownership level leaders with results and recommendations on current client's performance.
- Must have future vision for needed enhancements and evolution based on client engagement and feedback.
- Possess ability to current goal metrics and implement processes to achieve these goals.
- Must possess consultative problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to direct and lead team members and clients to wanted solutions.
- Established ability to execute defined processes.
- Ability to work well in a remote or office environment.
- Demonstrate an energetic and motivating personality.

- Use consultative methods and prior experiences to work with Group Level Leaders on needed changes to impact stores performance.
- Incorporate "Perfect Pricing" and "Perfect Repair Order" coaching methods to create parallels with current coaching.
- Ensure monthly Workshop and Trainings are scheduled to capacity and provide engaging material by trainers.
- Review surveys and use data to address areas of improvement.
- Ensure all proper notes and tasks are updated within our CRM
- Utilize "Scorecard" report to obtain proper movement and engagement to retain assigned groups.
- Ensure that team members understand and focused on achieving assigned goals
- Must be able to travel at minimum 50% to ensure Group leaders receive Bi-Annual Group Reviews.
