    Overview:

    As a vital member of our digital marketing agency, the SEO/Copywriter Account Manager plays a pivotal role in managing client projects, ensuring the seamless integration of SEO strategies and compelling copywriting to drive organic traffic and enhance brand visibility. This position requires a dynamic individual who possesses a deep understanding of SEO principles, outstanding copywriting skills, and exceptional project management abilities. The SEO/Copywriter Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of SEO strategies, crafting engaging content, and maintaining effective communication with clients to ensure their objectives are met.

    Tasks


    Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, establishing strong relationships built on trust and clear communication.
    • Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss project progress, address concerns, and provide strategic recommendations.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and brand voice.

    SEO Strategy Development and Implementation:

    • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify opportunities for optimization and develop tailored strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
    • Collaborate with the SEO team to implement on-page and off-page optimization tactics, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, and technical SEO enhancements.
    • Monitor and analyze website performance using relevant SEO tools and metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

    Copywriting and Content Creation:

    • Create compelling, high-quality content for various digital platforms, including website pages, blog posts, social media, and email campaigns, adhering to SEO best practices and client specifications.
    • Ensure all content is well-researched, engaging, and aligned with the client's brand voice and messaging objectives.
    • Optimize content for search engines, incorporating relevant keywords and phrases to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic.

    Project Management:

    • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, including SEO specialists, content writers, designers, and developers, to execute project tasks efficiently and achieve desired outcomes.
    • Proactively identify potential issues or obstacles and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

    Performance Reporting and Analysis:

    • Generate regular reports outlining key SEO performance metrics, including website traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights to clients.
    • Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and optimization to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience (3-5 years) working in a client-facing role within a digital marketing agency.
    • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
    • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling, SEO-friendly content across various digital channels.
    • Exceptional project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
