- Financial Reporting:

- Audit Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for external auditors during audits, ensuring timely responses and resolution of findings.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for streamlining accounting processes and implementing technological solutions for efficiency.
- Enhance internal controls to strengthen financial reporting integrity.
- Compliance Management:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and stay updated on accounting standards.
- Implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals to drive high performance and growth.
- Communication:
- Effectively communicate financial results and key metrics to stakeholders.
- Present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is a plus.
- 4+ years of accounting experience, including supervisory roles.
- Proficiency in GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive process improvements.
