- Salaried, in-office position at our corporate office in Eclectic, AL (approximately 35-45 minutes from Alexander City, Montgomery, or Auburn, AL)

- Aid in vendor selection and setup procedure; gather necessary documentation for administrative setup
- Monitor and follow up on client contracts and act as point of contact for timely execution on client deliverables
- Assign generated leads and opportunities from Sales department, as well as phone, internet, or other sources to Project Management team
- Prepare and provide project documentation for internal teams to complete orders
- Organize and manage construction packets on awarded projects, including monitor construction schedule for project milestones to ensure all preparations are made
- Coordinate with accounting and customer service departments for payment arrangement status, or other account status as needed, such as material deposits and final invoicing
- Assist in partnering with Shipping/Logistics to coordinate the transport of necessary materials
- Assist in monitoring project progress, including addressing potential issues and communicating project performance to internal teams where needed
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required; Some college preferred
- 1-2 years of work experience in an office environment required
- 1 year of experience in project planning or other role where high attention to detail is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer software required
- Knowledge of clerical and office procedures
- Competencies utilized: active listening, written and verbal communication, service orientation, decision making, good judgement, problem solving, time management, attention to detail, and scheduling

- In-office presence required
- This position requires near constant repetitive motions, sitting, and using both hands

Supports Project Management team by performing daily administrative assistance on outdoor amenity projects and order fulfillment. Assists in the mission that team projects are completed within the restraints of time, quality, and budget.
