The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of all digital marketing strategies for A.S.O. and Milkhouse Candles which includes the website, online advertising, email marketing, social media, videography, and graphic design.A successful Digital Marketing Manager will take an analytic approach to create more awareness and leads for all our initiatives and programs.
The Digital Marketing Manager will work across departments and lead our developing digital marketing team in the creation and distribution of the digital marketing plan.
The right candidate must be able to lead a team of qualified individuals energetically.Key Job Duties and Responsibilities
Leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation.
Monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective.
Negotiating advertising contracts.
Collaborating with finance staff to set and stay within budget.
Staying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world.
Analyze trends, evaluate data, and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency.
Develop and implement the social media strategy which includes organic and paid advertising to generate new leads.
Create and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases.
Analyze all data/metrics and adjust social media strategy based on performance.
Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
Oversee projects related to digital marketing management and graphic design.
Attend weekly Marketing meetings to discuss past, present and future plans.
Utilize social media platforms (such as but not limited to: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok, etc.) to advertise.
Manage and meet deadlines.
Requirements

Superior organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus.
Travel between office locations may be required.
Able to communicate in English positively and effectively.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms.
Proficient in computer skills; including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
Google Ads and Pay Per Click experience beneficial.
Physical Requirements
Able to continuously use hands to finger, handle, feel, or grip; reach within hands and arms length; twist/turn.
Able to frequently sit, walk, stoop, kneel.
Able to occasionally crawl.
Able to frequently lift up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
Able to stand for up to 10 hours; increments of 4 hours.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work EnvironmentEmployees are frequently exposed to fragrances, moving mechanical parts, and occasionally loud noises.
