Description
The Tax Manager manages our tax compliance programs and tax provision processes, performs diligence on potential acquisitions and consults on new business activities and changes in tax laws. We have a entrepreneurial culture where you can grow your career.
Responsibilities:
Manage our corporate tax compliance programs.
Coordinate U.S. and international income tax compliance with external tax advisers.
Review U.S. federal and state income tax returns; determine state apportionments.
Sales/use, franchise, and other business tax compliance.
Handle notices and manage audits.
Manage our income tax provision process.
Coordinate tax provision preparation with external tax advisers.
Review tax provisions.
Review journal entries and prepare deferred tax and tax payable account reconciliations.
Responsible for satisfactory operation of tax process internal controls
Advise on tax matters and questions.
Perform diligence on potential acquisitions.
Support budgeting/forecasting processes.
Qualifications:
7 years of corporate tax experience.
Knowledge of US GAAP (ASC 740) and US tax code.
CPA or master's degree in taxation.
