- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations for Associates and Senior Associates to support their professional growth.
- Collaborate with team members on tax projects, fostering a cohesive working environment.
- Specialize and excel in designated fields, continuously expanding expertise.
- Identify occasions to offer supplementary services to current clientele.
- Supervise the preparation and submission of all tax documents, spanning federal, state, and local obligations.
- A robust background in public accounting with at least 4 years of experience
- Advanced degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- CPA certification
