You will also have more flexibility with as we offer all of our employees a fully remote schedule.If interested, please apply today or email your resume to to jump to the front of the lineWhat You Will Be DoingAs a Tax Manager, your responsibilities will include offering expert advice on the tax consequences associated with business investments and transactions, managing client engagements, and formulating tax-efficient strategies for U.S.
investments. Your duties will encompass supervising and participating in the compliance aspects of U.S. taxation for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, S-Corporations, and individuals. You will be tasked with ensuring that tax filings adhere to established standards concerning property investments, income, and allocations.Furthermore, you will be responsible for providing specialized tax knowledge pertaining to tax-efficient structures and strategic planning. Your role will also involve extensive research and oversight of intricate tax planning and compliance activities.
Additionally, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries from regulatory authorities and collaborating closely with senior management to mentor, supervise, and assess the performance of staff members.
