    M&A Associate @ AMLAW 160 Firm

    Up to $280K Base Fast track to Partnership w/ no cap on Partners inducted per year

    I am currently working with an AMLAW 160 focused firm based in New York, who are actively seeking an M&A Associate level candidates, as they look to continue their strong growth pattern.

    Role Associate Attorney
    Work closely with senior figures in the firm on high-profile Mergers and Acquisitions cases assisting with the full cycle of the M&A Process
    Comprehensively managing the diligence process to ensure that the transaction doesnt get ahead of the diligence performed
    Play a significant role in the Mergers and Acquisitions process as you assist on negotiations, leading aspects of the deals and in some instances, taking point
    Investment into your CPE the firm will aid you in your development cycle; whether that be networking events and conferences or investing into licenses and courses to progress you

    Requirements
    3+ Years Experience
    M&A Experience
    Able to commute to Manhattan 3 times a week
