    Job Description

    Royal Industries is seeking a strong, tactical leader for a new position who will bring their functional and practical office management experience as General Manager. If you have experience managing an office (the business) and experience in HR (the people), you get to leverage both skill sets to thrive in this senior role, working for the CEO.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
    • Manage staffing levels
    • Handle customer issues, escalations
    • Handle employee issues, escalations
    • Organizing and coordinating administration duties
    • Defining and Documenting office procedures
    • Facilitate pre-onboarding communication
    • Build supporting culture for employees and service-oriented culture for customers

    Additional Responsibilities

    • Run NPS and ENPS program
    • Translates Leadership strategy into actionable items
    • Liaison between Leadership and the rest of the organization
    • Create policies and procedures, and drive improvement wherever possible
    • Act with resourcefulness to research resolutions and act on them

    Job Requirements

    • COO Mindset, and determined to get there -- Able to translate the CEO's Vision into a plan and coordinate resources to execute
    • Experience creating and improving processes
    • Experience coaching and developing people.
    • Has managed the P&L for a team or organization.
    • Can drive change in HR as well as in Office Operations
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple issues regularly
    • Thrives under pressure
    • Organized, analytical, collaborative, problem-solver.
    • Lives our Core Values
    • Familiar with 80/20, EOS, Traction, Rockefeller Habits, or the Integrator mindset
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business

    Work Environment

    • The base hours for this position are 8 am-5 pm EST Monday through Thursday and Friday till 3:45 pm Eastern Time
    • As a leader, the successful candidate will be willing to work as needed to get the job done out of our Allentown, PA location with occasional remote flex work
