Actively searching General Manager for our high-volume store located in the Coopersburg/Quakertown Area

Base salary $80K with yearly bonus Potential of $20K

Along with a base starting salary:

- the General Manager does not work alone, they work as a team.

  • Develop, plan and implement restaurant marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and campaigns, following McDonald's Brand Standards. The General Manager works with the Area Supervisor and Owner to set the restaurant's goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals
  • Analyzes sales, labor, inventory, and controllable continually and takes corrective action to meet or achieve margin and sales growth targets. Achievement of restaurant operating plan, and margin improvements over prior years sales growth.
  • Must be able to work and perform all duties at any station including kitchen or service area. Must be able to stand and exert wellpaced mobility, including bending and stooping, for the duration of the workday
  • Understand and comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations about health, safety, and labor requirements for the restaurant, employees, and guests.
  • Maintaining company standards in product and facility specifications, as well as customer service
  • Supervising food handling procedures and operational processes
  • Delivering operational excellence, working through all areas to ensure a remarkable guest experience, and ensuring products are consistent with McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
  • Building a highperformance team
- exceeding customer service standards, identifying and coaching crew by example for potential management positions. Providing hands-on training for Shift Managers to assume higher levels of responsibilities.

  • Manage a team of 50+, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to the highest McDonald's standards
  • Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety, ensuring food and safety standards are met.
  • Tracks analyzes and resolves sources of customer complaints
  • Ensures that facilities and equipment are maintained to McDonald's standards
  • Oversees development and revision of weekly management and crew schedules
  • Personal accountability for crew hiring and termination decisions.
