Director of Finance - Home Builder

Position Overview:
As the Director of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organization.

You will oversee all financial aspects of our operations, providing strategic guidance and leadership to ensure financial stability and growth.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with executive leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.
Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Manage financial reporting and analysis, providing insights to executive leadership.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and risk management.
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Provide strategic financial guidance to support decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.

Extensive knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Strong understanding of home building or construction industry dynamics and financial considerations.
Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with executive leadership and stakeholders.
