    We seek a highly skilled and experienced social media manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deeply understand social media marketing, strategy, and management.

    This role involves administering our social media accounts, developing and implementing content strategies, and managing our company's image cohesively across various platforms to meet our marketing goals.

    Collaboration with business owners, product managers, agencies, and influencers is critical to creating effective social media plans and content.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Utilize social media marketing tools to create, develop, and maintain the company;s brand.
    Engage with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
    Optimize content to foster community participation and interaction.
    Design and implement creative social media strategies aligned with business goals.
    Monitor mentions of the organization in news feeds and social platforms.
    Create and manage a social media calendar for content posting.
    Daily management of social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
    Oversee and plan content delivery across platforms using scheduling tools.
    Develop and manage promotional competitions and campaigns.
    Facilitate and engage in social media conversations to manage online communities.
    Stay abreast of social media trends and inform management of relevant developments.
    Manage and track budgets for social media activities.
    Set and measure KPIs for social media campaigns.
    Analyze digital marketing and social media strategies to identify improvements.
    Compile end-of-month reports to showcase results.
    Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to track social media performance.
    Present strategies and results to the broader business

    Skills & Qualifications:
    3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Proficiency in managing various social media platforms.
    Experience in Social Media Marketing and analytics.
    Must have experience using AI tools for Social Media Management.
    Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
    Skilled in audience and buyer persona research.
    Understanding of social media KPIs.
    Familiarity with web design and publishing.
    Creativity in content creation, aligning with market trends and customer interests.
    Ability to research and identify social media trends and tools.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and strong project management skills.
    Excellent analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
