    Candidates will be allowed to work remotely during COVID. Once restrictions are lifted and the client's office opens, candidates will be required to work 100% onsite daily M-F 8-5pm in Raleigh, NO exceptions Our direct client has an opening for an IT Quality Assurance Lead position # This position is for 12+ months, with the option of extension, and is located in Raleigh, NC.     Below is the job description – Resumes due ASAP Description: Our client's Information Technology Division (ITD) seeks an IT Quality Assurance (QA) Lead for the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) project. A Six Sigma certification is highly desired. Medicaid experience preferred. The MES Program Quality Lead will be responsible for ensuring that the IT Program is being developed to produce high quality outcomes and deliverables. The role will work hands-on to document processes and other artifacts, work with the business and technology teams to identify process owners, and drive organizational quality through process agreement and adherence. The Quality Lead will be an expert in Visio or other process documentation software, and will have excellent facilitation skills. Knowledge of PMI processes, methodology and best practices, as well as Agile (Scrum and SAFe are ideal) methodology. Six Sigma certification is also considered a strong asset. This Lead will ideally have experience in traditional 'waterfall' project management as well as agile project management, and be well versed in PMI methodology. Experience in IT and healthcare project management is strongly desired. This role is expected to be a Subject Matter Expert in program and project organization and management, so can work fairly independently in mocking up process designs based on best practices combined with program institutional knowledge. Vendor management and outsourcing experience is also an asset as this program will be establishing processes to manage a complex IT outsourced environment with many vendors, which is a substantial change for the organization. Therefore, Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience is also strongly preferred as the program matures and grows. The ideal candidate also is an expert in crafting high quality project and program documentation based on their expert knowledge of PMI and project management processes. This role will be on a team of Project Quality Leads supporting the IT Quality Manager for the MES Program. Required/Desired Skills:
    • Knowledge of Enterprise IT Systems, system integration principles, and associated program, project, and program quality management best practices. - Required - 7 Years
    • Expert knowledge of PMI processes, methodology and standards - Required - 7 Years
    • Knowledge of planning, design and implementation of a Program Quality Management program including the policy, framework and procedures - Required - 7 Years
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, function in a fast-paced moving constantly changing, deadline-driven environment - Required - 7 Years
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Adobe software - Required - 7 Years
    • Expert use of process documentation software and process documentation generation. Microsoft Visio is highly desired. - Required - 7 Years
    • Skills in persuasion, negotiation, relationship management, conflict resolution, and effective oral and written communication at all levels - Required - 7 Years
    • Expert knowledge of Agile principles, processes, and methodology. Scrum and/or SAFe preferred. - Highly desired - 3 Years
    • Six Sigma Certification - Highly desired - 7 Years
    • MITA knowledge or experience - Nice to have - 7 Years
    • Has an understanding of CMS' Seven Standards and Conditions and the Medicaid program - Nice to have - 7 Years
