Within our customer service department, we are currently seeking a Team Leader for Energy Data Management (m/f/d) at our location in Cologne.

Responsibilities:
Leading the Energy Data Management team both professionally and disciplinarily, with tasks including: Ensuring timely and quality-assured energy balancing for electricity and gas, as well as billing for over- and under-deliveries to suppliers Managing all accompanying market processes in accordance with MaBiS, GaBi Gas, and KoV regulations Initiating necessary quality assurance measures and coordinating with relevant departments (metering, feed-in, supplier switching, network usage billing, etc.) Selecting new employees, conducting employee discussions, providing training and instruction, and identifying development needs Planning, controlling, and monitoring budgets, costs, and results for the team Developing strategies and organizing the responsibilities of the department, as well as setting goals for the team based on agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs) Identifying and implementing
