Swarthmore College is seeking an employee in the IT-DuA central organizational unit, starting as soon as possible, to work in the field of HIS - Campus Management System (100%).

In 12 departments, 4 research centers, and with over 350 professorships, Swarthmore College is committed to addressing future-relevant challenges in research and transfer.

Your responsibilities will include administering, adapting, and expanding the existing HISinOne Campus Management System from HIS eG, specifically the APP, STU, and DOC modules, as well as its interfaces to other systems.

You will also provide consultation, training, and support to users, and optimize processes by introducing and utilizing new functionalities.

Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and adapting documents and reports, as well as analyzing and resolving issues and inquiries from users as part of second level support.

To be successful in this role, you should have a completed Bachelor's or (specialized) university degree in computer science, proven comparable
