To expand our team, we are looking for a

Production Manager / Production Manager Food Production (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

You organize, monitor and develop the production area with regard to order, cleanliness (hygiene) and occupational safety, taking into account common and company guidelines (e.g. BRC, ISO standards, HACCP)
You align the individual production teams based on company objectives such as performance indicators, target agreements and company values
You lead employees and managers professionally and disciplinarily and ensure personnel and vacation planning in consideration of production planning and KPI targets
You independently manage plant projects and work in interdisciplinary project teams, also within the company group
You determine production, inventory and controlling data and make them available
You prepare internal and external audits, accompany them and participate in quality management and the HACCP team
