We are an innovative, medium-sized media company headquartered in Mannheim. Our team consists of around 700 employees and operates at multiple locations in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region.

Our diverse media portfolio includes daily newspapers, digital activities, services, and radio partnerships, with each brand holding a leading market position.

To strengthen our team at our Mannheim location, we are currently seeking a
UX Designer (m/f/d) for our product management department, which oversees and continuously develops our digital media products such as apps and websites with a focus on user experience.

What you can expect:

You will develop userfriendly and easytounderstand solutions for the digital products of Haas Mediengruppe, particularly the websites and apps.
Whether it's research, planning, prototyping, design, or documentation, you will choose the right methodology to understand the needs and problems of our users.
You will be the primary point of contact for questions regarding interaction design and the creation of userfriendly scenarios.
You will work closely with the product management and web development teams.
In close collaboration with adjacent teams, you will develop a holistic and usercentered UX process.
You will create wireframes, graphic prototypes, user surveys, and A/B tests.

What you bring to the table:

A degree, training, or several years of professional experience in the field of UX design, interface design, media design, digital communication design, or a related field.
