Your tasks:

Codevelopment and monitoring of the company's sustainability and environmental strategy (ESG subgoals)
Ensuring compliance with legal requirements for occupational health and safety
Conducting internal and external audits; identifying potential for improvement
Training and development measures to promote a safety and environmentally conscious corporate culture
Risk and hazard analysis: evaluation and derivation of resulting measures
In the event of safetyrelated incidents; determining causes and developing preventive measures
Communication and reporting: internally at BUTTING, with authorities, customers, auditors, and other stakeholders in HSE matters

Your profile:

Completed degree in a natural or engineering field or completed vocational training with jobspecific further education
Training as a specialist for occupational safety (FASI) or as a safety engineer
Several years of professional experience desired, experience as a FASI preferred
Knowledge of the content and experience with ISO standard 4500
Good English skills (Level B)
Good computer skills (MS Office, SAP)
Enjoy working in a team and good communication skills
Willingness to perform, assertiveness, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and take responsibility
