Microcoat Biotechnology GmbH is a growing and forward-thinking biotech company located in Bernried am Starnberger See. Currently, we employ approximately 220 employees. Our diverse range of activities includes the development and production of diagnostic products as well as bioanalytical service measurements.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to join our team

After your training period, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Planning and conducting GCP or GLP reviews of plans, data, and reports in the analytical part of (pre-)clinical studies as well as validation studies
  • Planning and conducting GCP, GLP or GMP audits (studyrelated, methodrelated, facilityrelated)
  • Reviewing analysis certificates of GMP quality control analytics (endotoxin)
  • Tracking and verifying the effectiveness of defined corrective measures

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed degree in natural sciences (biology/biochemistry/chemistry) or comparable vocational training with relevant work experience
  • Ideally, experience in performing ELISA assays (microtiter plates, ELLA, Cobas Analyzer, SIMOA, etc.)
  • Ideally, experience in quality assurance in preclinical and clinical research
  • Inclination to work with texts and numbers, experience as a peer reviewer for scientific articles is an advantage
  • Good German
