The "New Business" department is a driver of innovation at Stadtwerke München and responsible for the development and expansion of new business models.

Currently, about 60 motivated employees work in an agile and cross-functional manner to develop innovative solutions for the energy world of tomorrow.

One focus of our activities is on decentralized energy solutions. We, the decentralized energy solutions team, are committed to sustainable and decentralized energy supply in and around Munich. Our offerings include photovoltaic systems, battery storage, and wall boxes for electric vehicles.

What You Can Do With Us

You will take on the technical leadership of a 12person planning and project management team
You and your team are responsible for the successful implementation of our photovoltaic projects, from order receipt to successful commissioning, including technical planning, logistics, grid registration, project billing, and management of installation partners
You develop the organization and processes in your area of responsibility together with the product owners and coordinate the requirements with them
You are responsible for the development of the team, act as a mentor for your team, and act as a sparring partner for task fulfillment
You define standards for installation together with our technical planners and installation manager
You organize collaboration with our external installation partners
You are also responsible for monitoring and reporting on projects (quality, deadlines, costs, scope)
You are part of the management team in the department and provide conceptual and innovative input for the further development
