Specific duties:

Set up and operate progressive headers in an assigned battery.
Follow all procedures and work instructions.
Check and record quality per department procedures.
Maintain good production numbers, low scrap, and high pcs./lbs
Keep machines and work area clean.
Follow Safety Rules and Report Unsafe Conditions
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in plant operations or other related fields (Specifically to Cold Heading)
Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read blueprints for parts
