    Join our team as an Associate Customer Care Representative in Philadelphia!


    Are you looking to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-quality service to our customers? Our branch in Horsham, PA is currently seeking an Associate Customer Care Representative to join our ranks. This role will involve engaging in telephone conversations to sell policies and provide support to existing accounts. As a successful candidate, you should possess previous experience in sales and customer service, a professional telephone etiquette, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Additionally, you must be able to pass the state insurance license exam and fulfill continuing education requirements.

    • Engage in professional and efficient telephone interactions to support existing accounts in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and strong time management abilities
    • Collaborate effectively within a team setting
    • Build and maintain trust with customers through establishing strong relationships
    • Achieve production targets by generating policies and Amica Life referrals

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience in customer service and sales
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficiency in computer usage and data entry
    • Prior knowledge in insurance is advantageous but not mandatory
    • Willingness to obtain a state insurance license post-employment
