    The LINE-X brand has over 500 Franchised locations across the U.S. and Canada offering a breadth of vehicle customization services.

    The Graco Technical Support Manager is responsible for ensuring quick and accessible technical support service/support to all franchise network partners.

    Technical Support Managers instruct, troubleshoot, recommend, and demonstrate proper franchise practices to ensure organizational consistency as well as provide in-center on-site installation and maintenance.


    Key Responsibilities include:
    Support Franchise Network with guidance from Senior Technical Manager
    Provides in-center on-site installation of new equipment and training in new Franchises
    Provide technical training on new processes, equipment, and chemical applications
    Onsite equipment operations and maintenance with guidance from Senior Technical Manager
    Equipment Maintenance Repair
    Equipment Installs and Training
    Instruct, recommend, and demonstrate proper substrate preparation.
    Make recommendations to equipment needs at franchise locations.
    Review failed coatings and review with Senior Technical Manager
    Respond to inquiries from the Technical Hotline from on/off hours when necessary.
    Support Regional Manager with technical assistance onsite.
    Communicate with Team members to ensure consistence information is being disseminated to the masses.

    Stay current on the latest LINE-X programs being deployed in the field, as well as Safety Equipment and OSHA standards.

    Qualifications

    Education:
    degree or certification in relevant field required

    Experience:
    Customer experience required, 1- years service work requiring technical knowledge/process in relevant field preferred

    Job Skills:

    adept interpersonal/communication skills, ability to disseminate technical information clearly and ability to retain full sclove of technical information required; proven ability to streamline processes & improve efficiency preferred.

    Working Conditions
    The following working conditions are present or expected on a daily basis:
    Travel may be required
    Infrequent exposure to industrial manufacturing, automotive vehicles, weather elements, and chemicals.
    Personal protective equipment must be always worn during spray operations.
    Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
