    Description

    Strategic Communications Specialist, Senior

    Key Role:
    Provide strategic communications consultancy to organizational leaders, members, and stakeholders at various levels. Support the development of briefings, talking points, and key messages, and prepare articles or newsletters for an internal audience. Conduct research, write, edit, and create various communication products for internal and external distribution. Design communication strategies, assess customer needs, and tailor messages and information to specific target audiences.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, or public affairs
    • Experience supporting the intelligence community
    • Experience working with senior government officials under tight deadlines
    • Experience creating high-quality written content for different platforms
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
    • Strong ability to gather and present information effectively
    • Organizational skills for coordinating workforce engagement events
    • Active TS/SCI clearance
    • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in communications or 12+ years of experience in communications without a degree

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Experience in change management, content development, and speechwriting
    • Proficiency in journalistic writing for web publications and corporate messages
    • Knowledge of web content management systems
    • Experience in social media marketing
    • Familiarity with GEOINT and related technologies
    • Strong data analysis and communication skills

    Clearance:

    Applicants selected will undergo a security investigation for access to classified information, requiring a TS/SCI clearance.
