- Lead and oversee HR functions such as employee relations, compliance, coaching, training, performance management, budgeting, and DEI initiatives.
- Provide support for employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance improvement.
- Develop and conduct training programs for employees and management on various topics.
- Manage payroll processes and resolve related queries.
- Collaborate with benefits administrators and maintain personnel records.
- Support departmental goal-setting activities and ensure policy consistency.
- Assist the CEO in fostering the company's employee culture initiatives.
- Manage the entire employee life cycle and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Evaluate HR programs, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Maintain high employee engagement levels and oversee company events.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills and drive project execution.
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years experience in HR and leadership roles.
- Experience with TriNet platform is advantageous.
- Experience in charitable foundation projects is a plus.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and organizational awareness.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and adherence to confidentiality.
- Proven ability to problem-solve and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Strong customer and peer relationship-building skills.
- Excellent business judgment and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
