    Job Description - Vice President, Human Resources

    Reports to: CEO

    The Opportunity


    We are in search of a dynamic Vice President, Human Resources with extensive experience to lead HR operations for an innovative infrastructure investment company. In this role, you will collaborate with senior leaders and managers from various disciplines to support our expanding organization. With a solid culture, established operational procedures, and a dedicated team, this is an exciting chance for a creative problem-solver passionate about HR strategy and fostering a positive workplace culture.


    Key Responsibilities


    • Lead and oversee HR functions such as employee relations, compliance, coaching, training, performance management, budgeting, and DEI initiatives.
    • Provide support for employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance improvement.
    • Develop and conduct training programs for employees and management on various topics.
    • Manage payroll processes and resolve related queries.
    • Collaborate with benefits administrators and maintain personnel records.
    • Support departmental goal-setting activities and ensure policy consistency.
    • Assist the CEO in fostering the company's employee culture initiatives.
    • Manage the entire employee life cycle and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Evaluate HR programs, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
    • Maintain high employee engagement levels and oversee company events.
    • Demonstrate strong project management skills and drive project execution.


    Qualifications


    • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years experience in HR and leadership roles.
    • Experience with TriNet platform is advantageous.
    • Experience in charitable foundation projects is a plus.
    • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and organizational awareness.
    • Demonstrated attention to detail and adherence to confidentiality.
    • Proven ability to problem-solve and thrive in fast-paced environments.
    • Strong customer and peer relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent business judgment and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.


    ***Kindly note that regular in-office presence for at least 4 days a week is mandatory.***
