Job Summary
This position will provide a broad range of Human Resources support services to the Labor Relations Department. The HR Specialist will provide guidance on an array of HR related transactions. This position will handle entry level employee relations inquires and gather data and documents for grievances and arbitrations. In addition, support high phone volume, calendar management, and ordering supplies. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to, administrative support, entry level investigations, personnel file audits, and special projects.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree required.
  • Up to two years of work experience preferred in Human Resources, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal/written) and must be detail oriented
  • Experience managing special projects preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
