    PositionSummary: Inside Sales Representatives areresponsible for speaking with potential customers regarding theirproduct needs and scheduling the customer for a sales consultation.Customer leads are generated through multiple lead generationchannels including, but not limited to, event marketing, digitalads, radio, and television.

    EssentialDuties and Responsibilities:

    • Focus efforts on maximizing lead conversionfrom initial contact to set appointment
    • Uselearnings from comprehensive training program to successfully setcustomer leads
    • Initiate outbound calls fordigital advertisement sales leadsgenerated
    • Answer inbound calls received throughmultiple lead generation channels in a prompt and professionalfashion
    • Serve as initial point of contact forpotential customer via phone and email
    • Reviewinformation provided by customer to confirm accuracy, determineavailability for in-home salesconsultation
    • Overcome objections from potentialcustomer regarding scheduling, cost, etc. to schedule salesconsultation as soon as possible
    • Document andupdate customer interaction within customer relationship management(CRM) system
    • Promote teamwork throughconsistency, reliability and groupcohesiveness

    Experience andMinimum Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma orequivalent
    • Ability to learn sales systems andprocesses for inside sales center
    • Ability tojuggle various work activities
    • Ability tothrive in a fast-paced, high-energy,team-oriented
    • Apply active listening skillsthrough the ability to comprehend information presented and respondthoughtfully.
    • Detail-oriented and can focus onthe task at hand,
    • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills are required for communicating with internaland external parties
    • Holding oneselfresponsible and being self-driven in accomplishing business goals,adhering to policies and being responsible for one's own actions,performance, and decision
    • Proficiency usingMicrosoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project,and/or Access)
    • Must be legally authorized towork in country of employment without sponsorship for employmentvisa status (e.g., H1B status)
