    Job Description

    AECOM is seeking a Regional Capture Manager and Growth Lead for our Chicago, IL office.

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Plans, organizes, and implements business development activities for an assigned market, geographic territory or region.
    • Manages and oversees capture management staff.
    • Participates in decision-making.
    • Works independently to pursue capture management strategy for proposals.
    • Assists in the development of proposals and gives presentations to potential clients.
    • Leads business development, capture management and/or technical experience, and will require hands-on cost proposal development.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    Bachelors degree + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership

    Preferred Requirements:

    Prior experience with sector projects and market

    Offered rate of compensation (in Chicago) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $195,000 – $245,000.
