ClearChoice Management Services, LLC (CCMS) provides administrative practice management services to the ClearChoice network.

The Role:

The Divisional President will be responsible for driving overall performance within high-volume centers.

This leader will be fully accountable for the P&L across their footprint, driving top-line growth, and facilitating operational and cultural excellence.

ClearChoice continues to aggressively grow their footprint adding approximately 15 centers a year nationally.

With the pace of growth, the Divisional President must be agile, flexible and possess an ability to lead teams through growth and change.

Key results to determine success will include P&L performance, year-over-year growth, patient satisfaction and operational excellence.

Additionally, an important measure of success will include the ability to develop trusting relationships with key stakeholders, specifically the doctors in the assigned division.


Primary Responsibilities:

The Divisional President will be an experienced and respected executive with a proven track record of leading and scaling a decentralized services business.

This leader will likely have a background leading organizations with operating complexity and a multi-state footprint.
