- Excellent academic performance, writing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows environments
- Ability to multitask, self-motivate, and manage tasks efficiently
- Effective communication skills, particularly in virtual work settings
- English fluency is mandatory, with proficiency in Spanish, French, Arabic, or Portuguese being a bonus

The role provides an opportunity to acquire firsthand experience in qualitative data management and research through engaging evaluations of development programs.
