Description

Serve as technician and supporting engineer, operating audio, video, and lighting equipment for music performances for a restaurant, bar, and entertainment destination.

Ensure world-class technical execution and the delivery of quality experiences for visiting artists and guests. Reports to Manager of Production.

Support supervising Audio/Visual Engineer with the overall day-to-day technical operational needs for Sound, Lights, Video and Backline equipment required for all music performances and events at Ole Red.
Act as primary Audio/Visual equipment operator for music performances and events.
Work with Ole Red General Manager and Supervising A/V Engineer to provide onsite production coordination during events, occasionally acting as Stage Manager as needed.
Work with Technical Services staff to practice preventative maintenance and repair of Audio/Visual-Lighting equipment and media appliances.
Work with Technical Services staff and visiting artists to assist with equipment load-in, set-up, tear-down and load-out of event production equipment as needed.
Interface with OEG Technical Services staff, RHP Information Technology staff and other departments within the organization, with respect to technical systems.
Maintain operational understanding of current audio/visual/lighting/backline technologies and production vendors.
Ensure that all equipment is used safely, in accordance with proper industry standards, from the load in through the load out.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for artists, clients, employees, etc. ensuring that all codes, laws, regulations, and emergency procedures are followed.
Performs other duties as required.
