Description
As a Call Center Agent in Newport, TN, you will be responsible for the following tasks:- Conducting consultations with a commercial or technical background
- Providing telephone support to existing customers
- Processing changes to customer data and orders
- Handling customer complaints
- Following up on calls and recording and processing data
- Creating texts using word processing programs
Requirements:
- No formal education required
- Good written and verbal German skills
- Strong communication skills, structured and solutionoriented work approach
- Basic computer skills
- Strong customer service orientation

You can reach us Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and Fridays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
