As a Call Center Agent in Newport, TN, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Conducting consultations with a commercial or technical background
  • Providing telephone support to existing customers
  • Processing changes to customer data and orders
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Following up on calls and recording and processing data
  • Creating texts using word processing programs

Requirements:

  • No formal education required
  • Good written and verbal German skills
  • Strong communication skills, structured and solutionoriented work approach
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
