- Requires attention to detail and a willingness to provide Legendary Customer Service to customers on a day-to-day basis.
- Requires good multi-tasking skills and interpersonal skills as this role does interact with other departments and vendors.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required. Parts store experience highly desired.
- Should have basic computer skills and a year or more experience with parts procurement.
- Must have GED or High School diploma.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is highly desired.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to obtain forklift certification.
- Must be proficient with computers. Experience with a computerized parts management system is highly desired.
- Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. or more multiple times a day.
- Must have excellent attendance and work performance.
- Must be self-motivated with a high commitment to completing tasks promptly.
