YOUR TASKS


At the Center for Entrepreneurship Promotion, we are looking for a Startup Coach for the research project "GROW Regio Potentiale".


As a Startup Coach, you will be responsible for developing a coordinated startup consulting concept for THD and supporting interdisciplinary startup ideas of entrepreneurial talents from the idea phase to the launch.


Your responsibilities will also include strategic planning and responsibility for acquiring third-party funding projects, particularly in the field of scientific entrepreneurship promotion.

You will independently prepare and conduct lectures on entrepreneurship and be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to derive strategic measures for the project.


YOUR PROFILE
You have a completed university degree (Master's / Diploma) in business, engineering, or natural sciences.

You have experience in both the business world, ideally in the startup sector, and in the academic field. Knowledge of writing research proposals and acquiring third-party funding, as well as conducting lectures and workshops, is desirable.

Your passion for entrepreneurship is evident through your enthusiasm for new technologies, digitalization, and digital trends. You enjoy interacting with students and researchers.
